The QUICKON-QT Series features the new IDC connection. Depending on the connection system used, the time savings when working with the QUICKON fast connection method can amount to 60 % and more! In the form of hybrid or pluggable terminal blocks, it is possible to combine all four connection systems to suit customer requirements. Stripping and fitting splicing protection is no longer necessary thanks to the QUICKON fast connection system. Cut the conductors to the correct length and they can then be contacted within seconds.
Reduce wiring time by up to 60 percent: cut the cables to length and they make contact within seconds. It is no longer necessary to strip or fit the splicing protection:
— You can wire a conductor connection from 0.25 to 2.5 mm2 without tools such as guide ferrules.
— Both high-grade special alloys and latches for the switching states ensure safe electrical connections.
— Large, spring-loaded contact points guarantee a current carrying capacity of up to 24 A.
Combine the connections in accordance with the application and benefit from the respective connection technology – no problem with hybrid terminal blocks from Phoenix Contact. Simply choose the right combination: time-saving fast connection technology with screw or spring-cage connection. Build control cabinets with fast connection technology. Use the universal screw connection, for example, for field connection. With CLIPLINE complete, the unique modular terminal block system from PHOENIX CONTACT, you are free to choose the connection method. All connection systems can be freely combined using the same range of accessories. Conductors of 0.25 to 2.5 mm2 and 24 A are connected using the patented insulation displacement contact. High-grade special alloys and snap fittings of the switching system ensure a reliable electrical connection.
